There is also a good launch ramp at the marina from which we launch our heavy, 26' trailerable trawler. You need to wait for high tide to safely launch a heavy boat. Launching is free if you are staying at the marina and there is parking for your truck/trailer although you much unhitch the trailer and park it separately.
It's hard to find a more exiotic spot than Quebec City in No. America and this marina is definately the place to stay. Wear yourself out walking in the City, then retreat to the marina for a refreshing dip in the pool and a congenial night at the docks. Americans are very welcome here!
