...we spend 9 months ( jan.2007.2008.2009 - april 2007.2008.2009 )with our boat, a 49er called "ocean drive", at bimini sands marina.

actually we found out, that this is the best marina in the bahamas and florida area.( just 46 miles from miami beach )

- perfect food, prepared by professional cooks in 3 restaurants,a friendly servants team, a sushi-bar, the beach club bar, 2 full service marinas, 2 swimming pools, cleanest facilities, wonderful beaches, free sat-internet, shops in walking distance, ferry transfer to the north island.kids entertainments. shark-, dolphins- and stingray tours. snorkel, diving and guided tours. golfcar rental station. boatersshop.

a very big, 30 acres, untouched nature trail nearby.
senior & junior & mrs. cooney, the owners of bimini sands and bimini beach club, are the nicest people i ever met.
the dock-masters, personals, and all the other staff members, are wonderful poeple - i call them "my family members".

if you have a problem with your boat, "orlando", a local biminian, is helping you in minutes. hes is fixing everything.

custom-, immigration- and police-members are the friendliest i ever met.

i hope to be back in 2010, for the next 3 month session.
