- it gets pretty shallow at low tide. we only draft 4.5ft and at 0ft low tide we had .9 ft to spare. It would be a headache in a minus tide
- the nights came with heavy ocean winds in the upper teens and the hidden swells that somehow made it passed the tight entrance had the dock lines working, boats dancing and the sound of squeaking fenders echo through the marina all not.
- the pump out was broken for the 5 days we were there and there was no side that anyone was going to fix it any time soon.
