Located on Conanicut Island at the mouth of Narragansett Bay, Conanicut Marine is known for its hospitality, excellent facilities, highly trained technicians, and nearby amenities. CMS is an ideal base for cruising the waters of Narragansett Bay, Block Island, and the Elizabeth Islands or for racing on the Bay. Located in the center of the town of Jamestown, guests have easy access to restaurants, groceries, and laundry facilities – enjoy a short walk or take our courtesy shuttle.

Our marina is also home to the Jamestown Newport Ferry, so your adventures in Newport are only a short boat ride away, and you can enjoy the City-by-the-Sea without the hassle of parking.

Our Dockmaster is ready to serve you, located in the Conanicut building, at One Ferry Wharf in Jamestown village. All moorings include unlimited launch service, alongside pump-out, and our inter-island parking shuttle. Our marina facilities also include:

•1,200 ft. of fixed pier dockage with 100 amps & 3ph electric
•100 floating pier slips with 220 volts/50 amps
•160 deep-water embedment-type moorings, at depths ranging from 6-55 ft.
•Marine fuel: gasoline and discount diesel fuel
•Long-term and short-term parking areas including courtesy ground transportation service
•Pristine restrooms and hot showers 24 hours a day
•Wireless internet access

Our full-time staff of highly-skilled professional craftsmen are experienced with all marine systems associated with power and sailing vessels for repair, maintenance, and refits. Technicians and management annually attend continuing education seminars with (ABYC) American Boat and Yacht Council and (ABBRA) American Boat Builders and Repairers Association.

Our ten-acre inland facility at Taylor Point provides secure and safe inside and outside storage for more than 200 boats. Side-loaded, professionally equipped storage facilities allow us access to your boat for winter work and on-time spring commissioning and launchings. The state-of-the-art facility is fully-equipped to accommodate recreational, competitive and commercial vessels of all sizes, and our heated service bays allow us to provide a year-round service in a controlled environment. Whether you are looking for a yard to handle your yearly preventative maintenance work or to coordinate a full refit, Conanicut Marine will complete your project on-time and with care, satisfaction guaranteed.
