NoReportAnother Outstanding stay at this resort! We stayed last season. Dock hands ready to assist us on arrival. Told us about amenities across the street. Beach and pool chairs with towels are ready and out. Outside bar/food in resort by pool. Stayed 2 nights , next trip longer! Low bridges, so check times they open especially on off season.

NoReportBeautiful resort. We loved the pool and beach. Our only issue was connecting to the internet. We like watching tv when we retire on our boat and it didn’t work. Only had 1 bar and it kept searching.

NoReportWhen we booked this trip we were assured that our party of three boats would be together and we were all separated and on complete different side of the marina . Laundry service accepts only quarters and I tried to get change at the front desk and they said they do not have change . It’s 2021 how do you not have a credit card machine for this ?

Our team strives to make every guest's stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, and we are disappointed to hear that we fell short of meeting your expectations.
Regarding the separation of your group, we understand that this can be frustrating and we regret that we were not able to accommodate your request as we had hoped. Our bookings go off the size of your boat and where it makes sense to place you guys. Our Marina does face some high winds and strong currents which may have played into where you were placed. We will definitely take this into consideration for future bookings and try to improve our processes.
Regarding the laundry service, we understand that our requirement for quarters only can be inconvenient. We do offer currency exchange services at our front desk, so we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred during your stay.

NoReportMarina was very small no room to maneuver my boat, my lines were tied to a concrete wall they had no chaffing protection for the my dock lines Most Marinas have pools, for the price there wasn't much to do, will not go back for 8.00$ a foot
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately with the layout of the marina, certain slips can be tighter and more difficult than others. Chaffing protection is something we have looked into for the bulkhead but there aren't many good options that we feel would work efficiently and effectively. We do have a heated pool across the street accessible to all members staying at the marina. We are sorry for any inconveniences you may have encountered during your stay with us and would love to help you have a better experience next time.

NoReportCompared with prior year stays, with the COVID oversight, we found services were very limited and we were disappointed. The restaurant and bars were closed, no water at the ocean, and staff did not seem at all attentive. Hopefully, it will be better next year.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to adjust our operations to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Unfortunately, this has led to some limitations in our services, including the closure of our restaurant and bars. However, they are up and running just like before! During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were short-staffed and would like to apologize that you felt the accommodation was subpar. There's really not much to say regarding the ocean we unfortunately can't control the tides but we thank you for your understanding and we look forward to having you stay with us again soon.

NoReportThe staff was fantastic. Jenn was welcoming and helpful. We were NOT told that there were NO SHOWERS available and that there would not be a bar tender on staff. We wouldn't have been so disappointed if they wouldn't have charged full price.
