I recently had the pleasure of visiting D&S Marina, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. This full-service marina is a true gem for boating enthusiasts, offering a wide range of amenities and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the entire facility. The well-maintained bathhouse, sparkling clean docks, and pristine surroundings really made me feel at ease during my stay. It's clear that the team at D&S Marina takes great pride in keeping the place spotless. The services provided at D&S Marina are top-notch. From their full-service mechanic department, which ensures that your boat is in perfect working order, to their trailer and boat sales, you can find everything you need right on-site. I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to assist. One of the standout features of D&S Marina is their commitment to creating a sense of community. They host fun events that are not only a great way to meet fellow boaters but also make for an enjoyable and memorable experience. The camaraderie among the visitors and staff is something that truly sets D&S Marina apart from other marinas. In summary, D&S Marina is the kind of place that every boating enthusiast dreams of finding. Worst possible experience. My boat has been there waiting for service since the first week in April I would call weekly just to be told every time that there was one job ahead of mine but the job was different every time I would call. Finally my boat was looked at the first week of June they sent out the carb to be rebuilt which took about a week and a half now I'm waiting on testing it's now 4th of July weekend I've called everyday this week and everytime I call I hear it will be tested today so I call back at the end of the day to hear we would do it today because of the raid or the tide was to low supposedly it'll be done the day after the fourth I guess we'll see. Long story short if your looking for service in a timely manner look elsewhere.

We appreciate your efforts in preparing the boat by providing gas cans, removing water from the tank, and replenishing it with fresh fuel for testing purposes last week. Regarding the communication about the testing process, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Due to the availability of tides, we are only able to conduct tests at specific times, and it might not have been feasible to provide daily updates. We understand that not having the boat available for the holiday was disappointing, and we genuinely empathize with your situation. Please be assured that we are working diligently to complete the job as quickly as possible without compromising the high standard of quality work we are known for. Throughout our interactions, we did not receive any explicit complaints or indications of dissatisfaction from you, which is why we were surprised to see the negative review. We genuinely value your satisfaction and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. We hope that once the job is complete, and you are happily boating on the water again, you will consider sharing your positive experience by leaving another review. This past August, I had authorized nearly 4K worth of engine/bilge service. Some of the work quality was decent (hence the 2 stars). However, two notable issues: while performing a “clean out bilge” service, they somehow damaged my auto bilge rendering the pump inoperable. The other was for a specific repair (seacock leak) that was paid for in full but never completed, ~$150. After twice asking two different staff employees to address these two issues…crickets. Two stars, in my view, for lack of followup and job completion.

Dear Mr. Fontana, It has come to our attention that you were not completely satified with the service provided to your vessel. The seacock was inspected for leaks at 2 separate times and no problem was found at the times of inspection. The automatic bilge pump is new information as we have no record of a work order being placed with our service department to address the issue. Great marina all round! Management lives the marina lives themselves, it's like a big family, everyone knows everyone. Amenities are great and "the cove" itself is a great place to chill and relax on the water. This is our second season here and we love it.

Great marina, 2nd generation family run. We love it here This is definitely the most fun you’ll find on the Delaware river. Our 4 year old absolutely loves spending time at D&S and so do we. Clean well kept facility with great amenities and loads of events.
