Dave was not friendly. Locals have seem to taken over. Can't correct mistakes on dockwa or with Dave on reservation. A date error made on Dockwa could not be corrected. I got charged for 3 days but only allowed to stay for 2. Emails and phone calls were not answered promptly to try to remedy error.
Sorry that an error was made in your booking. Unfortunately the Dockwa software is not as user friendly as I would like either. We can only accommodate a limited amount of transient boats so if the dates are wrong most likely we will be booked. The good news is I never charge someone for a service that isn’t provided and if you were unable to stay I will refund you. Email or text with your name and reservation date and it will be resolved.
