Gate code did not work called and called and called and called ......... could not get in. Just happened a HOMELESS man told me how to get in. you need an emergency #. gate was not working when we left
We are so sorry this happened, unfortunately the office is closed on Sundays. But just for future trips if you leave a message it will come to our email and let us know what's going on. Apparently the battery was going out, the dockmaster took care of that and it is working now. Also, just for future reference there is another gate you can use on the upper end:) Thank you for staying with us, we liked you so much we just wanted to keep ya! PS Give me a call and let me in on how you got in so we can take care of that. See ya on the water!
