My stay was great. Frank was our Dock Master and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He even took the time to teach us some knots and tying up. Will definitely come back for a longer stay.
No help while docking. No dock master present or any staff to assist in any matters that included other boaters parking in your reserved slip while you were gone. Great area, pool was nice and hotel staff were great. Hotel is staying I arrived at night which is true of my first night arriving which I had no problem. I was there for two nights. The problem was on my second night arriving at 4:30 pm. Dock master does not leave till 6pm. Also, no matter what time arrive, you should never allow other guest to park on some else’s paid slip. Would you rent a room out that has guest already in it just because the occupants went out? Next time I recommend you have available staff to deal with issues that may arise at the dock. We are also paying guest.
