We arrived late (630pm) and didn't realize that we had to have checked in earlier in the day to get into the marina and get our slip #. This was super inconvenient and NOT communicated to us.
We're sorry to hear about your situation. During the summer season, our store stays open until 5:30 pm. In order to receive your slip assignment, you do have to stop by and check-in at the store. We try our best to explain this process to customers not only prior to them making a reservation, but we also send 2 email messages that remind customers of our check-in process. Hopefully you enjoyed the rest of your weekend, and we hope to see you again soon!
