We arrived at 7:30 pm, unaware that they close at 5 pm. Ended up taking any mooring we found unoccupied. Had a little trouble going in at low tide, in an unmarked channel. They, or DOCKWA, should have informed us about these things as soon as I paid for the mooring or at least the day before. Checked with them in the morning to find out they have no launch service. There must be some "truth in booking", that DockWa is responsible for. Andy Papademetriou

Andy, We're sorry you had some issues with your stay. We spoke yesterday, but I want to be transparent about how this event played out. All boats with a draft in excess of 5' get a call from someone in the front office - we called but could not reach you. During the phone call we also try to review our facilities hours and general information if our guests are arriving after hours. On our Dockwa page it's clearly stated that we have no launch service. We don't maintain the channel, but we do post a guide with specific advise on how to navigate from the entrance of the harbor to our facility. After booking our WiFi information is issued via the conformation email from Dockwa. We're going to add some additional information to our Dockwa page to potentially prevent future occurrences like this one.
