Depth is much deeper than the charts show. Water depths are at least 3 feet deeper than charts show for the approach as well as inside the marina. Around 9 to 10 feet at dead low tide. Very impressive and effective sea wall attenuates the wave action from this wide point of the Hudson. Land protects the marina on three sides as it is located in a protective large cove. The digital virtual welcome packets and links to all the local eateries was the most organized and well put together welcome email I've ever seen. Very fun town and lots to see and do. Great jumping off point to have anything and everything at your fingertips. The marina is accessible to anywhere, as well as being extremely safe.
