Very positive experience with one negative. A member of our party requested a second key for the resort from the front desk. The response from the staff member was a rude, "What makes you think I can do that?". On the positive side, I accidentally left my credit card at a restaurant at a busy time for the shuttle and near closing. A member of the staff drove me there in his personal vehicle! Very busy place with weddings but overall a good experience.
Very attentive staff, use of resort of amenities and ability to use those at the other Gurney's are great. Not advertised is a 20% discount on resort purchases for marina guests. The restaurant would not refund the 20% once I knew and went back.
We arrived later in the day and there was a problem with our slip neighbor's dinghy in our spot. Since there was no staff to help it created some trouble. Also, needed power extension cables but had to find them on my own. Next day, the staff was very good about getting things straightened out. Overall, a good experience.
