I cancelled my stay last Friday due to having to return home (medical issue). The other marina's honored my cancellation within 24hrs. Kingston still hasn't refunded my payment.

The refund was processed the same day as your cancellation request. The Port of Kingston has no control over how quickly Dockwa issues the return of the funds.
