I would just like to respond to eagles81's review because I do not feel that it is fair. When the customer called to make a reservation he inquired about the type of shore power available at our marina. I informed him that we only have 208 three-phase power on our docks. His vessel needs 220 single-phase and he replied that it should work. We will "always" do whatever we can to provide the best customer service to any and all of our customers whether annual, monthly or just passing through. If there was anything we could have done for this customer to make his experience better we would have. We feel terrible that eagles81 did not have a good experience and if they ever would like to give us a second chance, we would offer them a free night's dockage.
