POOR CUSTOMER CARE ! Asked about a refund due to financial and physical/health issues. Was promised it would be looked into and at least receive a partial refund. Never received anything not even a phone call. Contacted my credit card company. The marina refused a refund in any amount. Not very good customer service.

Marina Response:
We informed the customer that if his slip was re-rented he would receive a pro-rata refund, but unfortunately we were not able to find a replacement. We we never contacted by a credit card company in reference to this situation. We have been in the marine industry for over 40 years, customer service has always been important to our success in business.
