The hotel is advertising the pool, bar and restaurant to be used by patrons that are not staying at the hotel or paying for a slip. I returned before a storm to find my reserved slip occupied, using my ropes I left tied across the slip. All the other slips were taken leaving no where to park and no Dockmaster to resolve the issues. I paid for slip and had nothing. I found out later someone from the bar used my slip and my ropes. No water to wash down the boat or flush engines.
Thank you very much for your feedback. As noted in the previous review, we've addressed and corrected the issues that you've brought to our attention. We recently hired a new Dock Master who will be overseeing the dock and assisting all of our boaters with their needs. We are also implementing "Reserved" signs that will help our boaters identify which slips are open and which slips are booked. In addition , all of our slips now have running water.
I do need to clarify one of your points. We do not advertise our pool to the public. Our pool is for overnight guests only. Our restaurant and bar are open to the public though.
