Super clean! Friendly Staff and fellow boaters, although with lack of a security staff, there tends to be large boat/PWC parties (where many aren’t even members of the marina). Spacious and new! Easy access to Arthur Kill with excellent fuel dock and pump out are added bonus, along with its deep water slips and entire marina for that matter! No amenities (haul out nor any boat maintenance facility are drawbacks). Portable bathrooms are very clean and orderly. Again, the limited staff is top notch but could use more help. I’m sure as this facility matures most of the slightly negative issues will be resolved. We really enjoyed our stay this past year and look forward to returning next season!
