Shore power issues......again. All the new pedestals on the dock kept tripping the breaker, dock attendant said it’s been an ongoing issue. We experienced the same thing back in February, I assure you it won’t happen again, as we will be tying up at oceans edge or back to Conch Harbor.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding the shore power. As soon as our team was notified of the breaker tripping we sent someone over to assess the situation and found it was a result of our new pedestals with GFCI, and if the boat has a neutral and ground wire connected it will continue to trip. We understand this was an inconvenience but our team is more than happy to support in any way we can. We hope you'll reconsider staying with us again in the future to experience our world-class destination for more than just 1 night and please do contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
