The transient moorings are very far from the village
We are sorry you feel the moorings are too far out. Northport Harbor is a well protected harbor with over 1100 boats and 800 moorings shared by two yacht clubs as well as our boatyard. Placement of the Transient moorings unfortunately is at the mercy of the clubs and safety. Seymour's Boatyard has two USCG inspected launches to transport you to and from guest moorings so guests can sit back and enjoy the picturesque sights while riding to the Village.

NoReportPJYC is a nice place to visit. The moorings are close to the launch dock and the launch drivers are very courteous. Just a short walk into Port Jeff and a myriad of nice spots to eat. We enjoy Z Pita. Good food and reasonable $$ Port Bistro was also very enjoyable.

NoReportThe Seaport is always amazing on our stay there this year we were treated to a running antique engine exhibit and we really enjoyed the Fireboat.
