We've historically really liked staying here but this trip wasn't great. Things for management to improve: 1. The restrooms were not cleaned once Thur-Sun of a holiday weekend (same toothpaste in the sink the whole time...) 2. Please update the visual guide on your website marking the channel - the red 2 is not here & the green cans are not there 3. Typically the dockhands are attentive and cleaning the decks through out the day, but we only saw them hanging out in the store 4. There was no ice for purchase available by Saturday 5. Our meal at the restaurant was overcooked (chewy shrimp). Hopefully things will improve!
Thank you for taking the time to write. We appreciate every review good or bad. As you know it has been very difficult getting back on track and unfortunately the weekend you arrived was our first weekend going into phase 3 so our team was trying to keep up as best that they could with the minimal staff and that included our ice delivery company. We are planning on having the channel dredged in the fall, and remarking the channel as this has been in the works for several years and it is a process. We look forward to you visiting us again under better circumstances in the near future and thank you so much for your input.
