very poorly managed Marina. Fail to tell you they have no boat launch or truck, trailer parking. you can pay the city launch and parking and then pay the marina to dock. called the marina to see how far I would have to walk as a vet with a bum hip and thr guy just chuckled and said I know, it sucks but offered no ideas on how to solve the issue. then, after paying city launch fees, driving my trailer 1.5 hours back home. I was able to park at the marina ...only to get a call saying transients cant park in the secure parking lot or the will tow at my expense. if you have a yacht and are just jumping marina to marina, they do have nice facilities... just dont expect much of your an average family boater or fisherman. Salmon O Rama should move to a marina that caters to all boaters.
We truly apologize for your past experience at Reefpoint Marina. Due to our limited parking, we have to be very strict with no trailers being parked in the lots of Reefpoint, as well as only allowing annual slip holders to park inside the gated parking lots. Due to your injuries, we should have came up with a better resolution for you to park closer to your vessel. Please accept this response as our deepest apologies and hope you can enjoy a stay with us at Reefpoint Marina, complimentary, in the future. Please call the marina office at 262-633-7171 and ask for Carrie, or email us at [email protected]
to provide us your contact information.
Best wishes and happy future boating.
Also, a true thanks for your service, without individuals like you to risk your life for our country, the US would be a very different place.
