I have read the reviews of Jay Sheely, Dockmaster at the Heritage Marina in SC and from other's personal experience they must be true. I had never had contact with Mr. Sheely until this afternoon and his response was what you would want from any person dealing with a marina service company. ON THE BALL....I would hire him any day.
