The shower temps on the Aqua lodge were turned down to just warm. Last week they were pleasantly hot. A $20 per night electricity surcharge is β highway robbery!β We stayed here because of all the benefits not offered by the competition. There is no way a boat is using $20 per day. My beach house is only $40 per month on off season! I would urge the Corp leaders to eliminate that mis guided decision. Also, the threaten $50 replacement fee for a lost fob is unreasonable. The location and the staff are all outstanding. From the lady at the fuel dock to Dottie in the office to the young lady checking you in. The staff members exhibit an unparalleled friendly approach to the boatersβ needs. The upper corporate management needs to keep the exciting big picture and drop the nickel and dime approach to generate revenue. All the best, John, Ventnor, NJ
We had a delightful stay in Islamorda . The team of Justin, Justin, Kenny,and George were all exceptional in the service they provided. Our next stop will be Safe Harbor in Marathon. Huge marina with everything. Came off season. Massive clean and modern restroom and shower facilities, well priced laundry, well appointed captains lounge. Transient docks are fixed. Would stay again.
