Customer service from the office was awful! The guy wouldn't even get out of his chair. For the rate they charge, they could be friendlier. We were on H dock and we were dropping off some sea sick friends on E and a dock hand came up and told us to get moving. WE explained our situation and he said we couldn't be there. I said we aren't here we are just dropping off. He put his hands on his hips and told us to get moving. No customer service or help! The place needs some maintenance!
