We were live aboard at Ballard mill marina for a very short time. The people there were fine for a very short time, and they decided that we weren't their kind. One woman started a fist fight with my wife and then two others jumped and. My wife was kicked out of the marina. The management wanted nothing to do with the situation and refused to remedy the problem instead he locked us off our boat and refused to let movers come and move our things. Also we were over charged almost $300 over the rate posted on there rates sheet per month. Also a lawyer has been retained to recover monies and other damages. We do not recommend Ballard Mill Marina.
