When we booked this trip we were assured that our party of three boats would be together and we were all separated and on complete different side of the marina . Laundry service accepts only quarters and I tried to get change at the front desk and they said they do not have change . It’s 2021 how do you not have a credit card machine for this ?

Our team strives to make every guest's stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, and we are disappointed to hear that we fell short of meeting your expectations. Regarding the separation of your group, we understand that this can be frustrating and we regret that we were not able to accommodate your request as we had hoped. Our bookings go off the size of your boat and where it makes sense to place you guys. Our Marina does face some high winds and strong currents which may have played into where you were placed. We will definitely take this into consideration for future bookings and try to improve our processes. Regarding the laundry service, we understand that our requirement for quarters only can be inconvenient. We do offer currency exchange services at our front desk, so we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred during your stay. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and please be assured that we will be taking steps to ensure that future guests do not experience the same issues.
