Great facility with lovely staff. But if you draw more than 5’, be very careful to coming in either passage, perhaps only attempt at high tide. We hit hard on a rock in the middle of the north channel approach. Once you arrive at Kingman, there’s lots of water. Restaurant is only open on weekends after Labor Day.
This might be the most protected and tranquil harbor I’ve ever seen! I know it would be different if the winds were from the Northeast, blowing directly into the harbor. But for the storm we were ducking, this was a sanctuary. Colin couldn’t have been more helpful, including arranging a diver to scrape our hull. And the town of Tenants Harbor is absolutely charming.
