Stayed for five days to avoid the hurricane winds, which didn't amount to much. Dockmaster met me and told me about the facilities, which are quite nice. Big common room with tv, sofas, games, etc. Very nice restrooms that were spotless. Nice bbq area. Docks and pilings are in good condition.
Did a haul-out for DIY bottom job on my 36' sailboat in mid-Feb '23. The owners and staff were excellent. The yard staff offered advice when asked and made sure I had everything I needed to do the project right.
Mandatory evacuation from Port Canaveral for hurricane Ian, so moved my sailboat here. Staff and service was great. Clean restrooms. Fuel and pump out were good. I did not ride out the storm here but the staff were kind enough to update me on the status of my vessel which was a great relief. A good neighbor took care of a chafed line. I was very glad to have come here.
