This is a perfectly situated marina with more shopping convenience and access to marine services (there's a boat yard next door in Berkeley) than any other in SF Bay. It is also mercifully protected from the 6-8 hours of 20-30 knot winds that fly through the center of The Bay we call "The Slot". Access to ground transport is excellent, docks are old but well maintained and the service pods all work well with good water and water pressure as well as reliable electrical and phone. The harbor master staff is also extremely helpful. Five stars for sure. I'm looking to keep my boat here now.
