1. They Overcharge us every year. This year they charged us an extra $750. 2. Arriving at the marina is a shit show. They can never tell us which slip we have or give us a decent description for dock location. Put a dock map on your site and know the depth of channel and slip. 3. No WiFi. 4. Bring back the frozen pina coladas and margaritas. WTF frozen rosé. Worst margarita ever.

Having reviewed this particular guests visit and speaking with them directly, it is apparent that they were not overcharged, in fact, the guest owed us money upon their departure. The $750 that this review claims they were overcharged, was, in fact, a charge for a fuel fill at an entirely different marina. We certainly apologize for any confusion regarding slip assignments and instructions. We try to assign slips so that each guest will get the maximum enjoyment from their stay. We will look at the possibility of putting a dock map on the web site. We do have Wi-Fi that covers the entire resort, including the entire harbor. Had the guest checked with the staff, we could have resolved the issue on the spot. Many people compliment us on our W-Fi coverage. As far as the bar/drink issues are concerned, we will pass along your suggestions and complaints to the appropriate food and beverage people. We hope that this guest will return and speak directly to us regarding any issues so that we can address them. our goal is to insure that everyone has an outstanding experience while visiting us.

Great dock hands, clean, great location, so many restaurants nearby.
