The marina and staff are stellar and quite friendly. A shout out to Ben, the dock master. He’s an example of what all dock-masters could be. Our only issue was the rolling we experienced while pretty far in on the face dock. I’d say it was our boat but ALL of them rocked quite a bit unless you are on the inside face dock next to land. However, this seems to be taken up with long term ? We would stay here again but the powers that be might want to look into wave attenuation, enforcement of a slow speed zone, etc. Thank you Ben! An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The people are lovely, a special shout out to Drew, Mike and Grace! The owners are very accommodating. The docks are in excellent shape! The restaurant, Zachary’s top notch. We used one of their complimentary golf carts for 3-4 hours and saw most of the island, had lunch at Wee Pub, ice cream at Jekyll Market and some shopping.
