Disappointing to say the least. Being on the face dock made the walk to land very dog ‘unfriendly’.But that was a minor issue. I have followed closely Covid-19 updates via the Waterway Guide & other sources. There was no indication that ALL facilities other than take out/outside dining were unavailable. When I made our reservations on Sunday I was NOT informed that restrooms & showers were closed & locked. Also, the ‘resort’ fee was unconscionably added to the bill. We are Loopers & will be sure to post our shabby treatment on the AGLCA Forum so others will not have a similar experience.

Very sorry about your unsatisfactory stay with us, however, I do have to thank you for bringing to our attention that our COVID Status should have been updated. These are strange times, and I admit we should have been more diligent in our updates. Travel Safe! Hopefully, we will all be back to business as usual in short order.

No convenient restrooms. No showers. Not pet friendly. No wi-fi. But good personnel & repair .
