Awesome marina, best on the Cape. The location and customer service are unrivaled. Devin and his staff went out of their way to accommodate my new boat this year and performed multiple repairs quickly and efficiently. They are always friendly and responsive and will help with lines and fueling of your boat as well. Make sure to hire one of their captains for an hour to take you out and get you familiar with the area to show you the channels and sand bars. They even give advice on best fishing spots and tackle selection. All this and a stone's throw away from Monomoy wildlife refuge, whales and seals to view, beautiful beaches to anchor and swim at, plus the best location in the world for world class Striper and Tuna fishing. Stay here for a few days or a whole season and you may never want to leave.

Not a fun experience. Had to hail the marina multiple times just to get a slip assignment when pulling into the harbor. An email or call in advance would be much easier. Then I return to the boat to find that it has been moved without my permission because they double booked my slip and gave it away to another customer and left mine on the fuel dock. Only way I found this out was because the guy who my slip was given too told me. A simple phone call or email notifying me that they needed to move it or put it in another slip would have been the bare minimum I would have expected. Instead I go down to where my boat was parked and it was just gone.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your arrival. Not that it should make any difference, but all of our slips are privately owned and I believe that the owner of your assigned slip decided to come back a day earlier than he had told us. You arrived back at your boat while we were waiting to move it to a new assignment which was not yet vacant. We would certainly have called to tell you of the new location once you were all tucked in. If you will email me at [email protected] with your contact information and boat name, I will see that we refund your dockage for the evening. I trust that the rest of your stay was enjoyable and hope that we'll have a chance to show you a better time upon a return visit.
