I called a few days in advance and they told me to call on VHF when I arrived to get my mooring #. They never answered the radio. I tried calling them by phone and got an answering machine. The harbor master told me to just take any of the Blue moorings, which I did. Then I went it their office Friday afternoon, and door was wide open, but no one in sight. I tried calling a few more times over the weekend... no answer. They also didn’t provide a launch, but the Marina next door did. I’ll use their mooring service next time, not this one.

We are very sorry to hear about your issues with the moorings, staff and communication last season. We have a new management team and dock master in place for 2021 and are in the process of making updates to the property, restaurant and adding to our amenities (including our own launch service). We hope that you'll give us another chance to make things right this year.
