We stayed for one night (1/1/2020) while cruising north from the keys. The Good: The marina is well protected, and not a terrible distance from the ICW/Gulf. The facility is somewhat busy, but well appointed with restaurant, ship store, and fuel. The dockhands were attentive when we hailed, and met us at our slip to help with lines and power hookup. We were on B dock, which was a nice distance away from the rental operation. Fuel was the cheapest in the area. ($3.05/gal for unleaded) The Bad: The showers are a bit of a hike from where we docked, and serviceable, but not exactly the cleanest. We were unable to get fuel the evening of our arrival because the dockmaster informed us that they were fueling their rental fleet. The following morning, we motored over to the fuel dock and were able to get right in. We would have preferred to get fuel the night before. BTW, These guys will rent a boat to anyone who can fog a mirror! I overheard some terrifying questions that some folks renting were asking the staff before departure. Give a wide berth to any of their rental fleet that you see on the water.

We stayed between Christmas and NY of 2020. The Good: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We hailed on approach and were guided to our slip and helped with lines and power connection. The dockmasters were all very friendly and helpful for the duration of our stay. The marina and surrounding resort are clean, well maintained, and really one of the most beautiful that we've seen. Restaurants and bars onsite are nice, with good (not great) food. We really enjoyed the beach and pool areas. The Bad: We would 100% never stay here on a Friday or Saturday night again. Resort management seems intent on creating a "party" atmosphere on the weekends that just isn't out style. Overly loud DJ's at the pool and really BAD live music at the bar next to the marina really reduced our enjoyment of the place on those days. Each morning people would evacuate the beautiful pool area when the DJ started. I LOVE live music, but these guys were terrible (imagine braying donkeys, or fighting cats). Summary: We'll definitely be back, just not on a night where they have live "music".

We stayed in the marina here over the Christmas holiday. The Good: The staff at the resort are all EXTREMELY friendly and courteous. The dockmaster called us the day before arrival to confirm our reservation and get an estimated arrival time. We hailed the dockmaster as we approached, and were promptly met at the dock to help with dock lines and power connections. The facility is one of the cleanest that we've ever patronized. The marina itself is beautiful and well protected. The docks, power, grilling stations, bike racks and other facilities are great. The pool, bar and hottub area are very nice. We were able to enjoy the facilities and still maintain distance from other guests. There are several good dining establishments within walking and biking distance. The Bad: This place was obviously not originally designed to be a resort or transient marina. The dockmaster's office is as far from the docks as one can get and still be on property. There is no food/kitchen on property. There is no ships store or fuel available onsite. The marina shower facilities are locked up in the fitness center, and only available by special request and during business hours. Summary: There was a lot to like about this place, but given the proximity of other marinas that in the area that were really designed for the purpose, we're not sure if we'd come back.
