We always enjoy our return to Dowry Creek! From their great dock hands, in-slip fueling, ship store, access to car for provisioning, free laundry plus clean individual showers with complimentary towels, it is always a treat. Plus the price per foot is hard to beat. Always worth the stop!
Outstanding harbormaster and crew! Excellent help with docking in wind and current. Great facilities with 2 restaurants on site. Also received a transient membership to the Cape Fear Yacht Club nearby, allowing us to join their happy hour. It was such a treat to meet members of the local boating community!
Beautiful grounds, helpful staff, especially appreciated the shuttle to Key West/Publix/hardware store. Floating concrete docks with complimentary dock box are first class. Two areas that could use improvement are the WiFi which is basically nonexistent and the bathroom facilities need expanding and updating to make this a 5 star facility.
