I operate with an 8.5 ft draft and on one trip north to Albany the tides weren’t convenient for Liberty Landing so I looked for other solutions. If you Google deep water marinas of the Hudson the first hit is the Haverstraw Marina. -- IT IS NOT DEEP WATER. They lied on the phone and they lie in print on their website. We ran aground and measured 6 feet at the bow. Now I’m stuck making dingy runs and Jerry cans to get me to Kingston.
