We arrived at 3:30 PM. The marina was deserted and no one answered our Channel 9 hail. We contacted the attached hotel and were informed that the staff had left. We asked the hotel clerk what slip we were assigned. She didn’t know but she would call us back. We motored around the area for an hour waiting to hear from her. After an hour, we called her back and were informed that we could take any empty slip. It is mÃos Sept 10 and have not seen anyone at the marina who cares if we’ve arrived safely or had any questions.
