We stayed at Port Jeff Yacht Club on our way out to and back from Block Island. Both stays were great. Even though we arrived late and tired, the dock master was very pleasant, gave us directions and came out with the launch to meet us to show us to our mooring. The launch service is included in the mooring price and runs to 12:30am (please confirm). I got sorely-needed ice from the dock master despite the late hour. The shower facilities were excellent and very clean and it is just a short 5 minute walk to downtown Port Jeff shops and restaurants. The yacht club does not have fuel, but is right next to the only fuel dock in the port. We are planning a trip to Port Jeff next year based on this great experience. 2020. Main docks and fingers are solid and wide enough for a golf cart which Dockmaster Rob’s staff use to be there when you need them to grab a line, fuel up or deliver a bag of ice to your slip - just call CH 71. Free pump out from town boat is on CH 09. So is the water taxi which will pick you up at your slip or mooring to take you to shopping and restaurants around Manhasset Bay. We were scheduled to stay for 4 nights but we stayed for 6. A great destination or stop over. Jeff & Diane - Windborne Stopped over again on way out and back to Port Jeff. Dockmaster Rob and crew were right there to help all the way even offering to keep fuel dock open a little longer than normal if we were late coming in. Showers were clean and spacious. Two more great experiences
