4 stars because mass transit is close by. No gas and not much service available. but we kept our boat there 2 years and for us it worked well. You do have to walk far!! Parking stinks. But you are in Newport area and can get to NY easy and the slips are cheap compaired to the area. We where hear becuase you could take mass transit to it. otherwise not a great place.
