The only reason I even gave it a 2 rating, was because of the spectacular view of the Manhattan skyline, and the courteous staff. Aside from that, this was the worst marina we have ever stayed in. Not only are many of the docks falling apart, the noise level coming from all the docks, does not allow you to even sit on your boat, let alone consider sleeping on it. If you can imagine a freight train with many cars moving at a slow speed right in front of you, and it never ends - That is what these docks sound like day and night.

Docks are in disrepair. Noisy , banging, unstable. Very ruff wakes from constant ferry boats. Long walk off docks. Hard on your boat and impossible to sleep well. Only stayed 1 night out of 3 I had reserved. Requested a refund.
