We made a reservation just after midnight for a mooring for later that day via Dockwa. My reservation was neither accepted nor declined and I had to call Pirate Cove Marina in the afternoon about the request ... to find out that they didn't have a mooring available. I had asked them why they didn't decline my reservation to let me know and they shrugged it off because it was a "same day booking". I would argue that responding for those kind of bookings is even more important than for ones that are several days ahead of time. After all, boaters have to find other places to stay at night if a marina doesn't have the space. Not getting a response leaves you in limbo .... seems like a general Dockwa down-side in general.
I finally got a reservation decline at 7:23 pm.
