Newly renovated private dock 210’ long and 18’ wide in 9’ deep water, with space for up to 100’ vessels (possibly a bit larger). Safe and easy approach from the Houghton/Portage Shipping Canal. WIFI access and good cellular reception. We have multiple 30 amp power outlets which may be doubled-up to create larger service. Adjustable dock lighting. Large paved lot with parking for 16 vehicles and 2 motor coaches with 30 amp service available. Rope swing, picnic table, gas grill, boat launch, and kayaks available for use. Family-friendly environment with good biking, fishing and swimming access.
