Townsend Manor Inn and Marina is a great destination. Our slip backed up to a grassy area very close to the pool. The dock boys were very helpful competent. The pool temp was perfect and has a bar inside the fenced area! It is an easy walk or bike ride to the commercial district in Greenport. My only complaint is that the buildings on the grounds are in real need of exterior maintenance. We have not been able to stay at TMM for years and we will try to get back there soon.
