Dock hands were not knowledgeable, no welcome card or info on wifi or access to the resort. Shower facilities were clean but the hot water only in the showers continues to be an issue. When I asked, was told it would be fixed "today". It wasn't. Seems like it is a continuing issue from reviews on this site.
Beautiful setting, decent docks and resort is nice enough.
