Annapolis Landing Marina

ALM is a great place to stay. Peter the dock master and Dusty and the whole staff are very customer focused and responsive. The amenities are plenty and well maintained and very pet friendly. I was there for a year and would have stayed except I started chartering and they can’t handle the parking so don’t allow it. For most folks this is not an issue and I highly recommend ALM for a permanent home for your boat or just for the weekend.

The marina is located in a great spot on Back Creek. Easy dinghy access to all of Annapolis! The staff is super friendly and helpful. When I come back through here in the fall, this is my go-to marina in Naptown!

We have spent the last two summers at Annapolis Landing Marina and couldn't be happier. The facilities are clean and well kept and the staff is outstanding especially Dusty and Peter who we deal with. Anytime help was needed they are there. We will be there again next year!

Excellent Marina. Dusty is always there when you need him and very helpful. Facilities are ample and in great shape. Shore power is clean. Community is very friendly. Fuel dock and Annapolis Water Taxi access are very convenient. There are also very nice, but unmarked, walking trails in the area. Grocery is just over a mile away. I plan to return.

Had the best experience at this marina! The deck guys were fabulous and very helpful. Would love to return next year!

Old school marina that maintains those customer service values We all appreciate. Peter the Dockmaster super helpful. Entire property fully updated. No splinters no inoperative pedestals, etc. So convenient and protected from the Chesapeake. Definitely coming again.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Peter was amazing and found us a great spot to ride out a tropical storm. He helped us tie up too. He went above and beyond for us. The facilities are lively and clean. Great bathrooms and laundry!

His level of professionalism, friendliness and care and concern for me as a transient cruiser, as well as his other Marina tenants is exemplary in my book. The showers and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. There are laundry facilities and a nice pool area. There is also an easily accessible fuel dock, with water and pump out facilities, and ice. A water taxi runs every hour on the quarter after hour to downtown Annapolis. There is an abundance of marine services in the area. The only thing lacking is a Ship's Store with basic things, like, oil, standard fuel filters, snacks, drinks and etc. Otherwise, overall, a great experience. Great Marina with easy guest docking. Washrooms and showers are in good shape and Peter, the Dock Master was a big help upon arrival. There is an excellent bakery that opens early morning walking distance in the next marina over.

We had an unplanned extended stay and really enjoyed it. Staff were very accommodating and helpful, shower and bathroom facilities extremely nice/clean, pool was nice and grounds were well maintained. Nice walks in quiet neighborhood and restaurants a short dinghy (or water taxi) ride away. Dock decking in process of being renewed and staff keep the docks clean. Only weakness at this marina preventing a 5-star rating is that some slips can be quite rocky in certain winds, or on busy weekends. Would stay here again....in fact we're already booked to return!

Pleasant site. Docks almost done being updated . Nice pool--tho contracted lifeguard hours are limited to afternoons/ early eves so morning use is impossible with locked gate.( and if i were a morning lap swimmer I'd deduct a star ( or more) for that!) The stand out here is the dock guy, Dusty. He understands, boating, boats, mariners and marinas AND is friendly to all....even the doggies! If it weren't for his constant vigilance and familiarity of what is needed for a successful marina, the place would have a different vibe.

Nice fixed docks with new boards and easy on and off from our swim platform. Great help from staff while fuelling, pumping out and docking in the assigned slip. Very exposed lots of wake all day long and some gentle wave action from the bay overnight. Clean restrooms and showers. Garbage disposal located far from the docks.

Facilities are wonderful everything you need. Laundry is inexpensive. Hailing them to get help with docking is a challenge. They did not answer VHF or the telephone. The message on the phone is very outdated. Stopped by the fuel dock and the staff responded right away and met us at our assigned slip.

I highly recommend this marina! We were here during the Naval Academy Commisioning week and the marina held an event with smoked BBQ and drinks. All while we sat out watching the Blue Angels perform right above us. Annapolis is a lovely town. We took the water taxi into town with fellow loopers and toured the Naval Academy, explored the many shops and had a fantastic lunch at the Iron Rooster Restaurant. The docklands were very helpful, the bathhouse was clean and nice and the grounds were pretty. It all made for a wonderful 2 night stay.

We are going our 18th year at Annapolis Landing Marina. We are excited to enter a new era with the new owners, Acme. Marinas. Acme has already started repairing the docks with new decks. It is my understanding they will be installing a new set of entrance stairs, a camera system and new entrance boards at the head of our existing docks. Annapolis Landing Marina is a wonderful Marina with plenty of parking, clean restrooms and a beautiful pool. All the best to the new owners. May 13th, 2023 Update :Kudos to the new owners for the new stairs and all the dock upgrades. Those of us who have been there for years appreciate all your hard work. Big Moe on Paradise II.

Staff is very helpful. Docks are nice, utilities pedestals relatively newish. Good access to City Docks & the Water Taxi picks up at fuel dock. Bathhouses are newish & clean. Only 4 stars because no lounge & no onsite restaurant

Well run marina. Great bathrooms/showers. Very dog-friendly. Welcoming slip holders. On-site fuel, pump out, and water taxi. And reasonably priced!

Poor communication over vhf. Met at fuel dock by dock attendant with poor line handling skills. Directions to slip were poor and the docks are poorly identified. Need to have signs on them; e.g., DOCK A in letters you can see and read from the boat.

Very nice marina on Back Creek. Staff goes above and beyond. Thoroughfares are a bit tight with turns. Would’ve Ike’s to see more trash cans for small items such as doggie waste bags. Courtesy vehicle available. Clean marina.

We stayed one night on Nov 20. The facilities were excellent, nice showers and rest rooms and it’s close to a grocery store as well. Gavin was extra helpful getting us fuel and a nice easy in easy out slip. They even lent us a vehicle to take to dinner. Overall an excellent experience. And their fuel price was the best we’ve seen in months. I’d go back for sure!
