We love Half moon Bay! Very protected from a major wind storm. Docks are extremely stable and we saw many new ones that were just built. Very fast wifi speed, and friendliest staff with incredible customer service. Outstanding Shop Rite supermarket is a close by walk and has absolutely anything and everything you could want in the way of food. Great wine and liquor stores a block from the marina, and the Croton Harmon Train station is less than a mile away - terrific for taking express trains into Grand Central as the trains leave every 25 mins
Lovely and inexpensive restaurants abound all over the town which is a block or two walk from the marina. We rented inexpensive bikes from the Pedego bike shop in town and toured the awesome Croton Dam. The waterfalls and whole area there are not to be missed. Many gorgeous bike trails along the hudson start from the marina and stem into Croton point park and beyond. Highly recommend Half Moon Bay.
