Plus’s - slips are inexpensive with electric and water. Parking lot right next to marina. Sandy point and hammocks are pretty nice. To be fair, we stayed on our boat and didn’t see the rooms.
Con’s - Harbor has a ton of accumulatesd smelly sea grass, no marina staff, no ice, jacuzzi wasn’t working, pool was cloudy and had lots of foliage debris. Thank God my boat has its own shower. Marina unsecured. Sandy point overtaken by locals and other non-guests to go shark fishing at night. They were still sleeping on the lounge chairs when we left the marina this morning.
Good price for a slip, but I won’t be back.
