Sean put us in the transient slip for 4 days and unfortunately we were exposed to direct waves and wind resulting in excessive boat motion. Even after requesting a move to other slips (which were available), we were not able to enjoy our boat or marina. I cancelled my reservation at Goat Island Marina for Gurney’s but will not make that mistake again.
To top off, At the fireside bar, waited 1-1/2 for an entree and was overcharged and could not find waitress.
Thanks Gurney’s for a miserable weekend and poor customer service. Won’t be back.
